Grey Street by Dave Matthews Band

This is the first time I have done this so I hope
it is worth it to everyone. I am unsure how the chorus
goes, but I think I found the basic melody for the verses.

the X?s are for dead strings, so lightly bar the strings a
fret behind so it kills the vibration.
